Dalton is the Founder and CEO of & Garrison Co.. Dalton's vision for & Garrison and Co. was inspired by his passion to work with truly talented and creative individuals who love to collaborate and build on creative ideas.

Prior to starting up & Garrison and Co., Dalton has worked as a Project Manager and People Leader with over 10 years of industry experience. Having worked for one of the top 5 tech companies, he has utilized his acquired knowledge and has led, managed, designed and implemented marketing campaigns and various projects with great success.

Dalton earned his Project Management Certification (PMC) from The Chang School at Ryerson University, specializing in Information Technology Management. He is also a former graduate from the University of Waterloo, where he earned his Bachelor of Environmental Studies, specializing in Settlement Systems and Development, and Environment, Resource and Economy.
